  1. OURS IDENTTITY

Who we are? We are people. We are children and grandchildren, brothers and sisters, fiends, students and teachers... we are so many.
So many things and people affect us every day. Yesterday that was sport, today can be a bad weather, tomorow will can be a smile from my friend. Every day is all different.
Today we feel great! Sun is shining, all friends are smiling, all find to be on good way.

We are class mates Academy of pedagogy and social work. This year is a last in this school. Nobody knows what will be next year, but before wait us some exams.

We are Gitka, Katka and Vladik.

  2. Our names are Annie and Mecki. We are two girls from Bratislava.
Firstly, about me - Mecki. There are many external factors that influenced myself. The most important is my family. Because of them, today I am who I am. The biggest influence on myself have had my two brothers. When I was a little girl I always wanted to be the only child. But now I know, that if I don´t have them, I´ll be somebody else with unfriendly character.
Secondly, about me - Annie. There are many factors that influenced myself except my family. For example school. The biggest influence on myself have had high school - Pedagogy of academy and social work. I learned here a lot of new things, I knew many new people that influence positive or negative on myself. I´m glad that I´m here and that I knew this people and I can´t imagine myself without them.

We have had influence on each other because we are friends.

    With love Annie and Mecki.

  3. Who are we? We are girls from Slovakia. We are students and we study at academy of pedagogy and social work.
But who are we really inside? That is hard question. Are we funny, crazy, are we enjoying our lives for 100 percent? Or are we mean, lazy and quiet? Everithing is a bit true..
Everybody is exeptional person. Everybody likes something other.. other live values, other livestyle, other music. Everyone is changing during their lives. From babys to children, from children to adults, from adults to retire. During growing up is everyone changing the opinion about live, about what is really importatnt for him or for humanity. Nobady is without changes..

  4. We are two girls and we are studying at academy of pedagogie and social work. Our lives are influenced by our family, friends, school. In this year we are graduating and we are thinking about our future. Nowadays we have a lot of opportunities for studying.Firstly we can study in our home country or in neighbour countries. We must thinking of what we are going to be and of course what we are going to do(job). On the other hand we also have a chance to study in a foreign country. And that is the reason to have some contakts and learn foreign languages. But now we have a little time to enjoy our free time. We have a lot of friends and our weekends we are all together. We have fun, sometimes we go to some disco clubs or pubs. Today we are enjoying our lives and we are always thinking of our future. Barbora and Dominika

  5. We are Silvia, Lubica and Maria. We are students of Pedagogy and Social academy, in Slovakia.
We are girls, women, daughters, sisters, friends.. The most important factor which influented us is the FAMILY and on the second place FRIENDS. These are the most important people in our life, we meet them every single day. We talk together, laugh together and cry together.

About our country.. Slovakia is a small country in the middle of Europe, in its heart :))
We have our Slovak language, but learn to speak more foreign languages as well. There is more outlanders, as Hungarians, Ukranians and Romanies. So we are well used to foreign people.
Still we have lots of our traditions - Easter traditions, in spring, Christmas .. For example at Easter time in some parts of Slovakia, people wear the traditional folk costume. The seniors use to renew the old folklor traditions, they teach the youngers. At the begining of the spring or autumn, there are big celebrations in villages. There is lot of food and alcohol, especially wine.
As you can see, Slovak nation is very active and like having fun and meeting new people. Do not be afraid to visit us :))

In our lives, we are influenced mostly by family and friends. But we are not so conservative as our parents. We have new ideas... However, our families taught us to moral ideas and independence. And they are still guiding us to spending our free time with different hobbies. We both like sport and vital lifestyle. Very important to us is our education and our future. We´re planning to finish this school and study at university.

  7. Hi, we're Veronica and Ondrej and we've been influenced by school until graduation. Although the school plays big part in our lives, it's not only one factor. There is a government, family, and friends, of course. We've got the same goal: pass the graduation and enter the university.

I have one big lifetime dream. I want to be a model. Maybe it sounds strange, but I am really work hard about it.

What about me? I wanna be a big businessman with a gorgous payment and the best car with five girls on the back seats at lest. Or be a famous succesful misician(I play dreums).

  10. Hello! Our names are Patrik and Jana. We were born in Slovakia in heart of Europe. And now we live in Bratislava. By the way Bratislava is the capital of Slovakia. We are studying at Academy of pedagogy and social work. Our the most important incoming goal is graduation. But what will we do after graduation? Question is where to go after secondary school? Find a job or continue to study at university? Our answer is certain. If we want to succeed in society we need to have better knowledge. But do our gained knowledge find adequate application in our country?

  51. Hi Zachary McKay!
Please to meet you I am so happy that you reacted to my mail. I am Gitka and I want to know something about you. What kind of food do you like? How do you spend your free time? What do you mean about your school and everything what is connected with school(teachers, classmeates, system)? Are your friends important to you?
I really enjoy my free time with my mum and family because they are very important to me. Then I like going out with my friend and do some sports, going to the cinema, sometimes going shopping but not so often. If they have some problem I am happy when they visit me and tell me about their troubles, because I know that they trust me and that I´ll try to do everything to make a good atmosphere. I like when people are cheerful, happy. They often say that I am a very good friend for them and I don´know why but their parents like me too. I have good sense of humour, I am friendly and sometimes I am lazy and bad, but who isn´t. I realy like people because they are different in every way and I have the topics that we speak about. We have a lot of fun, because we dance, sing and we change ours smiles.
I like my hometown and Slovakia too, because it´s fact that it´s not the best situation here but we have a lot of wonderful places when we have fun, relax and we learn a lot about these situations. Bratislava has a great history and nice sights... If you want to know something more only ask me.
The best and more important in my life is my family, people, music, sport and school too.
We have so good teachers they are friendly, helpful, hardworking and sometimes so strange but it is good because it is on the place.
I have much to say but not much time so I´ll write something new next time.
I am looking forward to your next comment. Have a nice day. Gitka

  52. This year we attended 6 festivals.. maybe sounds little bit mad.. but we are really crazy guys. First was Wilsonic, it is an international music festival, held annually in Bratislava. The festival is a spectacular celebration of today’s forward-thinking music, connecting the best elements of music fused within the atmosphere of a concert, a club and a party. We loved it! Next was the biggest festival here in Slovakia called Pohoda, that´s great festival well-known as festival with great atmosphere because of great artists and really nice and friendly people. After that we were in Balaton sound it´s big festival in Hungary where we saw our favourite artists who shows we enjoyed so much, for exaple Moby, Kraftwerk, Royksopp, Richie Hawtin, Underworld, Orbital..we never forget about there few days. Then SlovTEK it´s illegal freeparty in the wood:). Then also Sziget we attendet, it´s the biggest festival in Hungary, Budapest. It´s 7 day festival with world artists like, Lilly Allen, Prodigy, Primal Scream, Ting Tings, Fatboy slim and many more..this year were attended about 390 thousand people.. is´ really big :) Our last was here in Bratislava quite new reggae, dancehall festival where we met all our friends and together we finished our summer holiday. Now is winter here about 3 degrees and rainy.. it´s really awful.. we are really looking forward to next summer to get new beautiful experiences as this year. While is winter we are clubbing and clubbing.. we love is also :P And what about you? do you like music? how it is about festivals in America? :) Romana and Katarina
